Tips for Best Results

The AI works best with certain types of photos. Here's what to aim for and what to avoid.

Good, even lighting

Face clearly visible

Decent resolution (phone photos are perfect)

Photo Format

We accept JPG, PNG, and HEIC (iPhone) photos. If you're transferring photos from your phone to your computer, they may be in HEIC format — that's fine, we'll convert them automatically. For the fastest uploads, photos under 5MB work best.

Multiple Faces

Photos with multiple children are supported — the app will detect each face and let you mask them individually. Each face uses one credit. For best results with group photos, make sure all faces are clearly visible and not overlapping too much.

Credits

You get 5 free credits when you sign up — enough to try it out and see how it works. Each face in a photo uses one credit. If you need more, subscriptions and top-ups are available from the app.
